Every book and manuscript we sell is checked meticulously and is guaranteed to be as described.
Any item can be returned to us for a refund for any reason, if we are notified within 14 days.
All orders and carefully packaged, sent by tracked delivery, and fully insured in transit.
Libraries and institutions may arrange deferred billing on request. All items remain the property of Tom W. Ayling Ltd until payment is made in full.
Deliveries
We offer free UK shipping on all orders placed through the website. This is a fully tracked service by either Royal Mail or DHL. For international deliveries we charge a subsidised fee, and delivery is by DHL.
If an item is required very urgently, a same day delivery can be arranged, please contact us to discuss.
Returns And Refunds
All orders placed through the website can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days.
In the event of a refund, the value will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the initial payment.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will immediately make arrangements to process the refund. This should take between three and five working days to clear.
The item(s) should be returned to in the exact state that they were initially delivered.
